Beans are at their finest within days of roasting. Our inventory contains green beans, not roasted beans.

We roast our beans when you order them, and not one moment before.

John Johnson, our Roast Master, has been roasting coffee since 2005. What started as a hobby soon become a passion. This is more than just small scale gone big. John has certifications in the fine art of coffee roasting. Oak Summit Coffee Roasters is the fruit of his years of love and commitment.

Your order will be roasted, packaged, labeled, dated, and available for pick-up in our contact-free coffee kiosk or shipped the same day.
Our coffee is also available by the cup or the bag from the Uncle Paulie's Bagels B-Wagon, and by the bag from Tehachapi Museum.
